  • This line should refer to the OWNER of the Internet Site (1.10) rather than the "registrant of the domain name of the Internet Site".

  • I feel that this is overly specific, and that authority is the wrong language. A person *or* entity could operate an internet site, where operation should be defined as "responsible for maintaining and monitoring the content on the Internet site"

  • This seems like it would be difficult to ascertain. How can the method of copying be determined without an investigation? While this may be obvious in some cases (e.g. software ISOs on a known pirate site), it may not be entirely clear on others.
