  • (A) IMPOSITION OF FEE. The Commission may impose on each complainant a fee in an amount determined appropriate by the Commission to defray the costs of investigations under subsection (c). (c). (i) shall not be required pay fee, and investigation shall not move forward, until has been notified and has given consent pay it. (ii) shall be refunded if determines that Internet site dedicated infringing activity is operated or maintained violation (b).   • In the interest of keeping a strong currency bolstered by international circulation, I don't think that the use of U.S. currency by foreign sites should be discouraged. Currency conversion is no big deal. _At least_ there should be an exemption for sites catering largely to countries which routinely do commerce in the U.S. dollar or currencies pegged to the dollar.
